Imo Foundation is the charity organ of the Government of Imo State under His Excellency Owelle Rochas Anayo Okorocha (OON). It is setup to carter for the needs of the poorest of the poor in the state.

The foundation is charged with the responsibility of being the avenue through which the Governor’s milk of human kindness would pour out to the people of the state , especially the poorest of the poor, the downtrodden, the dejected and the rejected. Since its inception, the foundation has been living up to its statutory responsibility, in line with the vision of the Governor; in compliance with its mission and vision statements, as well as in conformity with the laws establishing it. Time and space will be inadequate to catalogue the innumerable activities executed by the foundation that ultimately wiped away tears from the faces of the poor masses of the state and beyond. However, a few examples will do justice to the above statement of fact, hence the need to state our areas of special intervention..
