COMMISSIONER FOR PUBLIC UTILITIES SWINGS INTO ACTION
In what could be described as his readiness to make a difference, the newly sworn in commissioner for Public Safety and Public Utilities, Mr Rodeny Ajaelu has embarked on facility tour, with a view to improve the basic amenities in the state.
Shortly after Chief Rodeny Ajaelu, was sworn in as the Commissioner for Public Safety and Public Utilities, he visited the headquarters of Imo State Fire Service in Owerri, to inspect the functionalities of the available facilities and their capacity.
Some of the areas visited were: the Fire Engine Unit, Staff Quarters, Overhead Tank, Plant House and Workshop.
The commissioner stated his readiness to ensure effective functioning of the basic facilities installed in the fire service unit.
He promised to improve what he met on ground, so as to give the basic amenities a facelift and ensure adequate provision of what the citizens required.
